"The continuously dynamic process makes the self-organization (SO) and its producers flexible and capable of integration. Such a self-empowerment of migrant subjects opens up a realistic connection between illusionary wishes and practical outlooks in respect to the world of work, as generally one can act on the assumption of learning aptitude among and of each other and therefore operating experience can be established and new ideas can be created. The possible fantasies of the "promised land" are very often foiled by the disappointing reality of an environment that is generally organized in a discriminating way which can inflict deep uncertainty on the so far familiar identity. This destabilization can be counteracted by migrant self-organizations as they boost the formation of self-esteem. By means of increasing the actionability (of the individual, of the group, of the organizations, of the networks) the concept of an anti-discriminating society will not stay a mere intention, as it is not about assimilatory "forced blessings" which aim to even out differences but about the strategy of affirming the differences in order to be able to form a substantial policy on integration.
The promotion of migrant self-organizations seems therefore an adequate approach towards the fight against racism on the employment market. It is a matter of oriented/orienting self-agency and not a matter of an institutionalized representation (by the majority society) which is normally well-meant and which often blinds out the hegemonic mechanisms behind it. This principle assumes that the "person concerned" know best about their own needs and that they can develop the display format and the form of implementation which help to unclose fields of work in economics, education and culture. The promotion of the active participation in / by SOM can reduce the imbalance of power between the majority and the minority. A respectful connection is not possible until something is taken serious in its dissiminarity
