Within the project two methods of quality management are implemented:

Process evaluation - Objectives-oriented project planning (ZOPP):

ZOPP is a planning and quality management tool that has been used for many years in the co-operative development. It is marked by its understanding of quality and process and is a synonym for participative action that is oriented to both the needs of the partners as well as the needs of the target group. To implement the ZOPP method as an instrument of quality management, it is necessary to define common criteria of success for each phase during the first partner meeting. All the partner organisations will agree on common quantitative and qualitative criteria or so-called success indicators. Success (i.e. reaching a goal) can therefore be verified objectively. All partners involved commit to providing relevant data, whereby the success indicators of each phase will be monitor by a certain partner (see chart below). This method of evaluation is being applied throughout all phases of the project. The responsibilities for the monitoring of the achievement of goals within the respective project phase are being distributed among the partners.

Product – Evaluation and Empowerment according to maiz:

An evaluation model that was developed by MAIZ during the EQUAL-project (Rasmigras), is being used in phase 3 for the evaluation of the pre-qualification measure and will supplement the ZOPP quality management tool. The potential for innovation of this model of evaluation lies in the connection between (self-)evaluation and empowerment while taking into account the inequality of power between hegemonic and racially discriminated groups. The combination of evaluation and empowerment will thus be implicated in the education process. The implication of migrant women as experts of their everyday life, effects on the achievement of useful results, which are effectively of relevance for practice, didactically make sense and are feasible for trainers. The introduction into this model will be carried out by maiz as well as the companionship and consultation of the partners during the course implementation.
